Roma still interested in Bayer’s Leon Bailey

German outlet Sport Bild have reported that Roma are interested in Bayer Leverkusen attacker Leon Bailey. The Jamaican born winger has been linked with the Giallorossi in the past, however, no move ever came to fruition. Bailey’s agent is his father, Craig Butler, who admitted this past summer he held talks with Roma previously, though, he hasn’t heard from the club in some time. Given that talks were held with Ricky Massara, the soon to be sporting director of Roma, the Giallorossi could have a leg up on the competition. Bayer, however, would like to keep hold of the player, though, much of this is dependent upon whether or not they qualify for the Champions League.
