Nainggolan: “A decision made by the club.”

The chapter between Roma and Radja Nainggolan has closed. The Belgian has released statements to La Gazzetta dello Sport where he admitted the decision to leave was made entirely by the club. These are his words:

“Inter wanted me more than anyone else. Now I reunite with Spalletti, a great manager. I’m happy to work with him again. Roma? I will carry the Giallorossi colors and the fans in my heart, but it was the club that wanted me to leave. I will wear these colors forever in my heart along with every moment I experienced with these colors. I leave Rome after giving everything I had during these wonderful seasons. I want to thank every fan for these years together. They have always supported me and shown great affection, I will never forget it The choice to go away was not up to me, it’s a decision made by the club that I respect”.
