Report: Lucas Digne prefers a move to Roma over Liverpool

Football website has revealed today that PSG left-back Lucas Digne, who has had a bit-part role at the club ever since arriving from Lille, prefers a move to Roma over English club Liverpool, who are also interested in the player.

Just today, Digne’s agent, Mikkel Beck, spoke to the same website and admitted:

There is a big possibility that he will leave on a permanent deal. Lucas is attracting enormous interest. I am working with Lucas and his family to reach a suitable resolution.”

Digne is very eager to move away from PSG due to constantly being left on the sidelines in favor of Brazilian left-back Maxwell. Roma have expressed interest in the player, but it’s Liverpool who have already started to negotiate with PSG for the player. However, Digne would prefer to move to Italy with Roma, who have Champions League football and could nearly guarantee Digne a starting berth.
