Capitolina Assembly approves Stadio della Roma as a public interest

Today marked a huge step in the progression of the Stadio della Roma as the Capitolina Assembly approved proposal 163, which proposed that the new stadium was in the interest of the public.

The assembly voted 29 in favor, 8 against, and 3 absent the proposal – which was one of the final “stumbling blocks” the club had to overcome before construction could begin on the new stadium.
