Official: Roma sign “the new Gervinho”

Official: According to the club’s official Facebook page, Vigor Perconti claim that they have sold ’02 class attacker Bamba Mory to AS Roma.

Mory, who has been dubbed “the new Gervinho”, was followed by several Serie A clubs but has chosen to sign with the Giallorossi, as confirmed by Vigor Perconti’s president, Maurizio Perconti, “I am proud to say that we have reached an agreement with Roma for the transfer of Bamba Mory, born in 2002, who is originally from the Ivory Coast as the cousin Yaya. The boy was watched by many professional clubs, such as Fiorentina, Sampdoria and Empoli, but the club that wanted him the most was the one of red and yellow (Roma), and today we have agreed with Bruno Conti. As of 18 December, Bamba Mory will be a Roma player. Diego Tavano played an important role in the operations (he is also the agent of Lazio’s Joseph Minala). His collaboration was invaluable in closing the transfer. We are proud of the developments of the last few weeks, that proved Vigor Perconti is always ready to make the big jump for those who are most deserving.”
