Alessandro Florenzi appears on Roma TV

Roma’s versatile winger and midfielder Alessandro Florenzi spoke with Roma TV this afternoon:

A hangover after the Champions League?
“We started off at the top of the league, we must always be focused.”

The goal for 5-0…
“I heard it touched something, but I didn’t know if it was the ball or the player’s shoulder. It didn’t look good from the replay.”

Where are you at in your career?
“I hope to be at the beginning and to grow more and more. I have experience, but it’s never enough, I hope to play another 10 years at this level, I only go day by day.”

What’s the goal in the Champions League?
“To amaze. We did it once, let’s have fun. Those who gamble can make a lot in football and we have the right enthusiasm.”

Cagliari: what do you expect?
“An open game, we know how to play. We need to help the new ones to exploit their flaws.”

Iturbe…he’s not really shy, it’s more of a ‘fake shy’ (laughs)?
“A very fake shy!”

A salute to the fans?
“A great ‘salute’ to all of our fans, let us not miss your contribution because you are important. Hugs to you all and Forza Roma!”
