Rabiot and Roma: the updates

According to Le Parisien, Roma are closing in on young, PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

Thanks to the elimination of Napoli from the Champions League, the Giallorossi will receive an extra €10-€12 million in television revenue, which has allowed Roma to continue their transfer market. It now appears that the Frenchman will be the latest young talent to move to the capital. Le Parisien claims that while Arsenal, Juventus, and others are interested in the player, Rabiot prefers a move to Roma and that a deal looks all set to go ahead.

SportItalia also released details of the situation today of the young French midfielder. Reportedly, Walter Sabatini spoke with Veronique Rabiot, the mother and agent of Adrien Rabiot, which ended positively. As of now, Roma have a deal locked for Rabiot, but Arsenal are lurking. More progress should be made on Monday, according to Alfredo Pedulla.
