Daily Mirror: Roma target Stevan Jovetic

British tabloid The Daily Mirror has reported this evening that Roma’s Walter Sabatini will look to bring Manchester City’s Stevan Jovetic back to Italy with the Giallorossi.

Reportedly, Roma are negotiating a deal with the English champions to bring the striker back to Serie A in a deal potentially worth €25 million. Roma, reportedly, would like to bring the former Fiorentina man to the capital on loan with an option to make the move permanent for nearly €25 million.

Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini is currently in London to wrap-up the Giallorossi’s transfer market, but it’s unlikely that City will be willing to let Jovetic go due to his good form in the preseason and also because of Alvaro Negredo’s injury.
