Roma target Dynamo Kiev’s Lens

According to transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla, Roma are showing an interest in Dynamo Kiev’s Jeremain Lens.

Lens is reportedly fearful of a looming civil war due to the ever changing political environment in Ukraine and has made it clear to Dynamo Kiev officials that he intends to leave the club during this transfer window.

“The only way I could remain at Dynamo is if I receive a new contract and better terms” – Lens is quoted as saying. Sabatini is very fond of the Dutch forward and was set to make a formal approach for him but Roma ended up signing Juan Iturbe from Verona instead.

It now seems Sabatini is planning a new assault for Lens but only in the scenario that Adem Lajjic is sold abroad. In the mean time, Pedulla reports that Lens is also attracting a lot of interest from clubs in the Barclay’s Premier League.
