Zeman comments on failed Roma tenure

Zdenek Zeman, former Roma and current Cagliari manager, touched on his Roma tenue from two season ago, which resulted in Il Boemo being sacked in January 2013. Here are his words to Sky Italia:

“I have nothing to prove. The experience didn’t end well at Roma, but I’m content with what I made (there). A few major achievements were made, we went to the Italian Cup final, several players improved, and the market brought a lot of money (to the club) and I think that’s a bit because of me. The favorite? EVeryone starts at 0 points, then you have to do all the talking on the field. There are so many teams that have ambitions, like Juventus, Napoli, and Milan and Inter will also want to improve.”
