Rolando looks to terminate Porto contract; Roma on alert

TuttomercatoWeb is reporting that Porto and former Inter center-back Rolando and his agents are looking to terminate his contract with Porto, due to a breach of contract.

Rolando, who spent last season with Inter after a spell with Napoli, is hoping that his contract with his parent club will be rescinded after his team of lawyers informed Porto that they are in breach of their agreement. If the contract resolution is granted, Rolando will be free to join any team he chooses and a club would not have to worry about paying a transfer free for the player. Reportedly, Rolando has already given the “OK” to his agent regarding a potential move to the capital, but Walter Mazzarri and Inter will also fight to try and retain the player for this season.
