Roma: Operation on De Sanctis’ elbow succesful, out two months

AS Roma released a statement regarding the condition of Morgan De Sanctis, who underwent an operation on his elbow this afternoon:

“Morgan De Sanctis underwent surgery at Sassuolo’s Nuovo Ospedale today for the arthroscopic debridement of his right elbow. The operation, carried out by professor Luigi Adriano Pederzini with club doctor Alessandro Fioretti in attendance, was a complete success. The player will observe seven days of complete rest before beginning his rehabilitation. He is expected to recover in approximately two months.”
