Garcia satisfied with his inaugurial season

Roma manager Rudi Garcia spoke at a conference at the Bio-Medico Campus at Trigoria:

“The rafting at the beginning? I wanted to see the reactions of the players. They were beginning to but I don’t think they understood it immediately, but after the rafting, there was team spirit. Going forward? To grow we need the stadium and Pallotta noticed this right away. Motivating the team for next year? I always play to win, and they are quiet. This year’s results are about the players.”

He continued, “The Code of Ethics? If we take the title of this conference, for Prandelli it’s quite a challenge. Totti? He is a great champion, he’s the first person I spoke to (when I arrived). I’ve been clear with him, I wanted to know if he was still hungry, I would love to win something with him. Right to my eyes he told me he wants to live with great emotion while on the field, he is a man of quality. The season? I’m satisfied with this Roma but we have to win at least one title next year, it is our goal, we will make a great team.”
