Pjanic’s agent set to arrive for negotiations

Michael Becker, the agent of Roma’s Miralem Pjanic, is set to arrive in the capital this week to continue negotiations with Roma’s hierarchy.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the Bosnian’s agent will try and erode the reported €800,000 difference in net salary between what the club has offered and what Pjanic wants. Roma have offered a net salary of €3.2m per season while Pjanic is asking for €4m net per season.

Both sides are optimistic that a deal will be reached, however, a buyout clause of around €35m is expected to be inserted into the contract.
