Pjanic admits to Barca, PSG intrigue

Miralem Pjanic spoke to former French player Govou this evening and commented on the transfer rumors surrounding himself:

“PSG are certainly a good team and are doing extraordinary things. I won’t forget that my first game as a professional and my debut with Metz was against them. No one knows what the future may hold, but today, PSG today are certainly very interesting. It’s a club that is going to win the Champions League and will be one of the ten best teams in Europe. It is important for a player to win titles.”

He continued, “Roma fans? They live for their club, every day they speak only of their team and I like that, it’s the same passion they have in my country. Winning a title here is similar to winning ten at Milan or Juventus and I really really want to experience all of that.”

The Bosnian was then asked about a potential move to La Liga with Barcelona: “Barcelona? With so many good players, it would be easy to be understood on the pitch. Their style of play is similar to Roma’s with Rudi Garcia, I would adapt very well. I think there I could prove the best of my qualities. It’s not a bad destination because of the city and the weather.”
