Guidolin Happy With Performance, Not Result

Francesco Guidolin spoke today at a press conference, a day after his team’s 3-2 loss at the Olimpico.

“I’m not sure of any other times that Roma had such difficulties at home, I’m happy with the performance. Yet, on the other hand, we must not give room for opponents to get us in trouble. For me, the match was good. I think if we continue to play good games, the points will come. Of course, we must brush off the naivety and improve some aspects, because all teams have the potential to get you in trouble. I think that if we repeated the match, we would have score more than three goals. The bad thing is that we conceded three, all of which were avoidable.”
