Season low attendance for Roma-Udinese

Tonight’s Roma-Udinese clash will see a record low attendance for the 2013/14 season.

According to reports just 7,000 tickets have been sold for the game at the Stadio Olimpico on Monday night. Various factors, such as the inconvenient scheduling and the Scudetto race being all but over have been blamed for the poor sales. The total attendance is expected to be little over 30,000 and less than the previous low of 35,010 against Livorno. Matches which have seen partial stadium closures are not considered.
