Burdisso: “I Will Leave Roma.”

Nicolas Burdisso, Argentine centerback, has confirmed today that he will leave A.S Roma. The former Inter player claimed today that in order to gain a World Cup spot for Argentina, he must play consistently.

“I will leave Roma. To make it to the World Cup, I have to play with continuity,” said the Argentine to Sky Italy’s Angelo Mangiante.

Burdisso has been linked heavily with both Genovese clubs Sampdoria and also Genoa, with club president Enrico Preziosi said to be very keen on bringing the player to Il Grifone.
