Bradley May Head Back to MLS

MLS outfit Toronto F.C are currently in talks with Roma to bring American midfielder Michael Bradley back to the league. Bradley has been at the top of the list of players likely to depart the capital club since he has fallen down the pecking order of manager Rudi Garcia. Bradley’s departure is becoming all but imminent after the Giallorossi purchased Belgian international Radja Nainggolan from Cagliari earlier this week.

Today, the midfielder met with his agent Alberto Faccini to sort out his future. There are inquiries from England but the only concrete offer arrived from Hellas Verona, who offered to take the player on loan — but the American declined this option. Sources have informed Roma Press that the Giallorossi’s asking price for the American is between €8m-€9m, Toronto’s initial offer has come in around €4m, much less than what the Giallorossi are hoping for. The sides are expected to settle on a fee of around €7m, but this has yet to be agreed upon. Negotiations are ongoing, but Michael Bradley heading back to the MLS appears likely.
