Paredes Lands in Rome: Set for Loan
- Updated: 07/01/2014

The deal is done and the player has arrived: Leandro Paredes will officially become a Roma player this afternoon. Roma will pay €250k for an 18 month loan of the player and then have a €4.5m purchase option. Paredes is set to sign a 4 year deal with the club and will immediately be sent out on loan.
Since Rome do not have any available non-EU slots available, Paredes must go to a club which has these slots available, which is not many. It is not confirmed, but Sassuolo has jumped ahead of Sampdoria for the 6 month loan of the player and it appears likely that the Argentine will join the Serie A new-boys by the end of the week.
