Borini’s Agent: “He Should Have Stayed”
- Updated: 17/09/2013
The agent of former Roma striker Fabio Borini has spoken to a radio station in Roma, admitting that his client may have been better off staying at Roma as opposed to accepting a move to Liverpool.
“I think Fabio would have been an ideal player last year under Zdenek Zeman,” said Marco De Marchi. “However, a decision was made to leave Roma. It all happened very quickly and there was no chance to talk with the manager. Having said this, I believe Roma would have been the right club for Fabio.”
